	Many of our customers have made recordings using their quartz bowls and the following CDs have been specially selected to enable you to listen to and enjoy the sounds of quartz crystal bowls. We recommend that you listen to the CDs through speakers - in this way the vibrations can be felt not only by the auditory system, but by all parts of the body. Sit or lie down in a quiet space where you can relax completely, then close your eyes and allow the sounds to fill the room and your whole being.
